I only collect what you choose to send me. The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, subject, and message. The booking form additionally asks for your event type, event date, guest count, venue, and the services you are interested in.

I do not run advertising trackers, analytics, or marketing pixels on this site, and I do not buy or sell contact lists.

Information from the forms is used to reply to your enquiry, quote your event, and plan and deliver the services you book. I do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and I do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask me to.

Form submissions are delivered to my inbox by FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service, and arrive by email at the address above. Your message therefore passes through FormSubmit's systems and my email provider on its way to me.

This site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (including IP addresses) for security and reliability. Some pages load resources from other companies, and doing so shares your IP address and browser details with them: Google Fonts for typography, Google Maps for the location map on the contact page, and YouTube for embedded video testimonials. YouTube may set cookies on your device when a video player loads. These companies handle that data under their own privacy policies, not mine.

I may also disclose information where I am legally required to do so.

I do not set advertising or analytics cookies. This site stores a single timestamp in your browser's local storage after you submit a form, purely to stop the same form being submitted repeatedly by automated spam. It contains no personal information and never leaves your device. Cookies set by embedded YouTube players are described above and are controlled by Google.

Enquiry and booking correspondence stays in my email and business records for as long as I need it to serve you and to meet ordinary business and tax obligations. You can ask me to delete it at any time.

You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email mclevioflife@gmail.com and I will respond within a reasonable period. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA.

This site is intended for adults booking event services and is not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children.

If I change how I handle your information, I will update this page and revise the date shown above.
